In response to an email, if you drive a Land Cruiser, regardless of series, you are welcomed (and encouraged) to attend. This includes all Prado’s and Lexus variants.

This is a “family friendly” event so load up the spouse and kids (and well behaved pets).

Where the money goes ………
* Once our direct operating expenses are covered (We’re well on our way to accomplishing that) 100% of the remaining revenue from attendance is donated to the ALS Association.
* 100% of the raffle proceeds are directed to the ALS Association.

So in simple terms, by attending this event you’re donating to the charity while hopefully having a great time with fellow Land Cruiser enthusiast.

ITEMS REQUIRED BY OUR INSURANCE PROVIDER (TLCA)……..

1) Since some of the trailheads may require traveling on county / state highways, having up to date automobile insurance is required. (I’m assuming this isn’t an issue).
2) If you’re bringing small children, approved car seats will be required.
3) If you’re driving an open-top Land Cruiser, a roll bar is required.
4) Although not technically required, we highly recommend having a fire extinguisher.
5) Each driver (and only drivers) are required to be TLCA members.
6) Minimum driver age will be 18 (unless accompanied by an adult).
** There are probably other requirements, but my morning’s caffeine is running low and none come to mine.

We’ll terminate registration approximately 6-7 days prior to the event to give the TLCA time to verify the membership numbers (or when we reach our 65 vehicle cutoff), whichever occurs first.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We offer on both Friday and Saturday, a variety of trails that are suitable for everyone from the novice to the diehard folks. We plan to offer a day that is best described as “scenic” and may involve some highway miles to reach the destination. We also plan to offer “a more challenging” day to those that want to explore Windrock. As a third option, you can grab a map and head out on your own.
*Windrock requires a park pass for everyone on their property and these can be purchased in person or online.
