* If you own a 70 Series, would like to own one, have never seen one or didn’t even realize Toyota even made one, this is the event for you.
* Yes, the focus is on the 70 Series however ALL LAND CRUISERS are encouraged to attend. (It’s a charity event so numbers matter).

* The event ends Saturday night (9/19) with dinner and a raffle. (100% of the raffle proceeds goes to the ALS Association).
* 9/20 (Sunday) is considered a travel day.

This list seems to grow by the day but as of 6/11 this is the impressive group that’s supporting our event.
If you or your company would like to join this list, just give me a shout.

There is a significant gathering of the “rubber duck guys” the same weekend as our event and although it doesn’t interfere with us in a meaningful way it may effect lodging and camping availability. If you are considering joining us, I would book camp sights or hotel rooms early.

This event is large enough to attract an impressive group of sponsors and at the same time, small enough that no one gets lost in the crowd. A large number of attendees have attended year after year, and if you haven’t, plan on joining us. We’ll do our best to make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

As of today, everyone that attended this event last year or the year before, should have gotten an email with this year’s registration link. If you didn’t get an email (and it’s not hanging out in your spam folder), please give me a shout.
** For those of you who also spend time on Facebook, our thread there is titled…..

Anyone planning to attend this event and has drone skills? 😁

This is the second year in a row that Terrain Tamer (Georg Esterer) has thrown their support behind this event. As a somewhat smallish event, we’re extremely proud to have someone like Terrain Tamer believe in us and our mission. 👍

Just a reminder, early (discounted) registration opened on July 1st and only runs for approximately 10 days.

We’ve always tried to have a diverse set of items for our Saturday evening raffle and this year we hope we have some golfers in the audience. 😁

THE ITINERARY:
* Thursday 9/17 …. The event kicks off around 4:00pm at the host cabins. This is your first chance to meet everyone, complete registration by signing some of the legal mumbo-jumbo, and enjoy the first of 3 evening meals.
* Friday 9/18 …. We’ll meet in the main Windrock parking lot around 8:30am for a day of trail riding. You’ll be offered a variety of trails based on your comfort level. Windrock requires a daily pass which is your responsibility to obtain prior to Friday morning (these passes are available in person at the park or inline).
Dinner will be served at the cabins around 6:00pm.
* Saturday 9/19 …. Back to the main parking lot for another day of trail riding.
Once again, dinner is served around 6:00pm followed by a raffle.
* Sunday 9/20 is considered a travel day.
