Has anyone replaced the gay beep-beep horn on their 100 series? I had a Hella on my 80 and it was real.

If you go 863...you better build a drawer system or keep a metric ton of gear in back. They were awesome fully loaded but not so much non loaded.

While we are on this subject, I need some rear spring advice as well.

Recently have focused on trying to get my AHC back into pressure spec. Ordered a cable and diag program, was able to see just how bad out of spec my pressures were (really bad).

Have gotten the front in spec by adjusting TBs, but rear is still way off. All my reading says I need much stiffer springs to get it back in spec. Driving me crazy cause the front is nice and tight again and the rear feels like a railroad car.

So I can either buy non-AHC oem springs, or go with Slee/OME springs.

If I go the aftermarket route, which model should I get? Have a rear bumper, drawers and roof rack, but will never have a RTT or a ton of gear in the back. Want it to be comfortable to dd.

I love my slee heavies....they feel good loaded or unloaded. I would look at 866's Nolen is a big fan. I would also look at TJM or Ironman progressive's. I am not an OME fan

I push the 866s

They are variable/progresive rate.

When unloaded they ride like light springs.

When loaded they don't squat

Pull bottom bolt off shock. Unbolt sway bar bolt.

One side at a time.

If it won't drop far enough, you can use a bottle jack to crank the last bit

Put jack stand on frame.....Jack under rear 3rd

Take tire off...remove jack

Put foot on wheel studs and step down spring will pop loose...reverse process...will take less than hour to do it.

Took about an hour to assemble, nothing to it.

Mounting on the truck and squaring it up was kind of a pain in the ass. More awkward than anything else. You will need another set of hands.

Less than 2 hours total. And I was taking my time and enjoying a few beers.

The caps are crazy hard to figure out. They feel like they are going to break. Keep the pressure on and they will come off.

Rack is off. Was missing the instructions for the rails. I found it on their site.

Not sure what ditch molding is but Shen I come back I gotta remove it
