Damn, I am actually waiting on opor sliders (this week, I hope).

But, the air filter - is it washable? If so, I'll take it. I'll be in jxn July 25,26th.

Thanks

Adam

I have a set of metaltech sliders from my 100 for sale. They retail for $800 and were on the truck a little over a year. Asking $500 obo.

I also have a TRD air filter $55 new. It is similar to K&N and was on the truck about 3 months. Asking $30 obo or exchange for a case of good beer.

Too bad redcrayon and I have have some on the way from metaltech, or I would snatch them up.

This is way more tread than necessary for me to get another year of local driving in. But are these tires gonna be OK in CO?

Just looking for opinions...

Both have been claimed.

My opinion is those tires should work fine. I certainly haven't been on all of the trails up there, but what you're going to encounter most of are loose mine tailings. Anywhere else, it'll likely be granite, and you should have plenty of traction there. ATRAC should make up for any shortcomings in the tires.

None of the stuff we went on was particularly difficult. It was mostly narrow and W A Y H I G H! (Everyone was running BFG All-Terrains and they worked fine.)

Thanks David.

I'm starting to get a little apprehensive about black bear...
