Seat Tracks

Hi,

Are they $85 per side, or for both front seats? Either way, I want to buy some for the Driver and Passenger side of my Cruiser. If you know you are getting down to me on the list, let me know and I will get you the money.

85.00 for a set for 1 chair. Right now all of the first batch have been assigned, however 3 have yet to get paid for. I started this thread to get a hard count on who would still want these now knowing what the first run cost. In a few weeks with this count I'll look into another run.

I am interested.

I am interested in purchasing the seat mods for the driver's side. Let me know when I can make the purchase.

Thanks

Just installed them this weekend. Really nice. I wouldn't have thought just 2 extra inches would make that much difference, but man it does. Something to think about, it does raise the seat a little so the motor can clear the floor. So, it ended up being kind of a trade, leg room for head room.

Quality work, thanks Rick for making them!

It does raise the front of the seat to clear the bump in the floor but the rear feet are untouched. With the seat all the way back you're sitting above the rear feet so I think the head room is pretty close to stock. The full forward seat back possition will be slightly tilted back from the original possition from the raising of the front of the chair.

Sorry, wasn't complaining - I knew about the motor having to clear and the height increase - I just got more excited about the leg room and didn't think about the height. It's only like 1", just something new, I prolly won't even notice it in a week.

Didn't think you were, I just wanted it clear to everyone how the seating position changes. And now that the seat sits further back your legs will flatten out some and it will seem different besides the front raising 3/4".

I'm in for a set if you do another run.

Bob

AWESOME mod....installed mine on Sat....I'm still amazed at the extra leg room, and it's nice to not be tapping the OD switch all the time....

thanks! ;)
