low torque

Hi guys.
After surfing this web for a long time and reading the stuff you’ve been putting in I must say that I love this web. Now, why am I here now? Because I have a problem, of course!
My problem is extremely low torque in low RPM around 750-1000RPM.
Car is now driven 260.000 km and The torque has always been very good and just suddenly it went away. Is that bad that when you turn the wheel when the car is in idle (750) rpm it goes down to 400-500 rpm. Any idea what the problem can be?

unfortunately there is not much discussion about diesels in the 80 forum as we cannot get them here in the states.

try posting this in the diesel section also you may get a better response there.

Don't go away. We still want pics and discussion on the gadgets you've got on that truck. I see antennas and other stuff on the roof that needs more information sharing.

Nice machine.

I was just talking to one of the guys at work the other day about my 80 and his family's 80 back in Iceland. Awesome stuff you do to them.
 
AHHH.....man the Arctic Truck cruiser's...I would sell mine in a minute for one of those beasts...very cool Bennie...I realize this doesn't help your problem...but you gotta send more pics.
