Tell the truth, Captain, you and Sputnik were in Puerto Rico!!! (there ain't no mountains in North Florida) :crybaby:

No CC, that there's the Grand Ocala Range.

nice! Is that the old rock quarry? I heard lowertide talking about a place that was an old quarry in the 60 section.

****! ****! ****! We have * ******. It is the *** ******. And were indeed *******' with *********** and the rest of his ****. Really **** place.

EDIT: It is north of the south parallel and south of the north parallel.

DING! DING! DING! We have a winner. It is the old quarry. And were indeed wheelin' with LowTideRide and the rest of his crew. Really cool place.

From what he was saying there is some serious stuff, he grenaded 2 axles and a 3rd. any other pics or a link jim??

Definitely some hardcore carnage! Nothing major for me this trip (well excepting some sheetmetal damage :hillbilly:), but I broke a poly performance chromo axle shaft the trip before. Given what's happened at Tellico, and fact our next run is scheduled for MLK, ya'all should consider a North Florida Trip - there's lots of mild stuff for the small guy, and tons and tons of hardcore...plus, it's warmer down here!

Now excuse me while I go kick Capt. Jim for using inappropriate geographical references in this thread, hence breaking the secret code :flipoff2:.

So Cap'n and Sputnik, when's the next outing. I wouldn't mind heading down there from Charleston and hitting that place with you guys next spring. Might be the perfect spot to talk me into putting in a toybox over the summer. It seems like it is a little easier for us costal guys to get to than Tellico, plus your right, it is warmer. Just better bring rain gear, and be ready for flash flooding. ;)

OK, this one looks like somebody holler'd ABANDON SHIP!

Well, that's more gracious that the "gorilla's in the mist comment" on NFCH. It was damn hard getting out at that angle and walking - the angle got worse when I tried another line (read - near sideways) and ironically it kept going and didn't smoke.

Very nice Bill. Wish I could have been there. Your Dana is tucked away in my own " CAVERN of the CRUISER " high & dry. First person to see it after seeing the 40's on Beadlocks ask when it was going under my cruiser. I explained there was a darker side still in Florida.
