Update.. found another 5 Aux power outlets, plug is the round 60/70 series type for whatever that is worth.
The boxes themselves are identical, they mount to a standard relay hanger that you will find on a bunch of different Toyotas
at the wreckers.

are the usdm trucks pre-wired for these say like the rear cargo light? where do they go?
 
What's under the cover? A cig lighter/aux socket?
 
Fuses and conection points for wire terminals.
I'll crack one open and post a pic asap.
US 80 series harness does not have the plug to support thes aux fuse boxes, gota wire it into the power source yourself.

This is what the guts look like.
There is a hole that allows you to push the wires up into the box from the under side, nice and clean.

FYI the HJ61 Aux Box is identical to the 80 version, just has a round plug as opposed to square.

On a JDM HDJ81 the Aux fuse box mounts to the Air cleaner IIRC or to the inner fender wall near the air cleaner assy.
Plug comes out of right fender loom.
You can wire these things wherever you want, they have multiple bracket attachment points on em.
Looks like it takes a pretty standard relay hanger bracket.
