When in the market earlier this year, the VA35F was the main reason I couldn’t get comfortable with going with a GX550 vs LC250. Debris from manufacturing process seems so un-Toyota. Doesn’t make sense for that to be an ongoing / long term issue.
Kudos for standing behind the product...
I've hand calculated around 19 mpg in mixed driving (75% city; 25% hwy; female). We haven't really taken any longer trips in it yet to get a feel on real HWY mpgs. Ours has the Nitto A/T's, so I would imagine better mileage could be achieved. I agree, the 250 inside storage needs help.

We are about 3k miles in now. We did get the premium package. Ride is excellent and comfortable. Has a relatively lighter feel to it versus the 200. The hybrid powertrain takes some getting used to. But I have come to understand and accept this is the way the automotive world is moving...
Nice. We have a sister LC250 to yours, same color. Ours has the 18" wheels. We have put 1400 miles on ours since mid Jan and we're really enjoying it. Wife gets to put about 90% of the miles on it, but I go "fill it up" for her at least every week or so....
My first 150k miles in a...

No affiliation, but man that’s awesome; and man that some traveling with some memories made along the way; and man that’s some $$$ spent...
For me , yes I prefer the hybrid 4 cylinder. The TT V6 is hands down the smoother, more refined powerplant. (drove both before purchasing the LC). I'm just not convinced that the issues with the TT V6 have been resolved. I have don't have an inside scoop on these issues. I'm just...
We traded our 200 on a '25LC 250 last month. The decision wasn't made on a whim. We are at 1400 miles now and I'm not regretting the trade. Do I miss the 200? Sure do. If $$ was of no concern I would have kept the 200 in addition the the 250. There are a few things that I'd change...
We have about 1,300 miles on ours and I have started using the tow-haul button in some situations where I for sure don't want the LC doing the auto start/stop. I 100% agree on the fuel tank size. Another 4 to 6 gallons (or more) would really put this in more comfortable mileage range per tank.
Yes they are , but not totally sure if it's fair to compare the 2. The 200 series stands on it's own. The 200 was my wife's DD, so the 250 was for her. Both cars are overbuilt for our current use. Mall crawler with the occasional hunting club / light offroad trips. I prefer to have her...
Traded in our 2015 200 series to Toyota of Sylacauga (AL) recently on a 250 LC. I didn't want to mess with a private sale. White / black interior. 108k miles. We were 2nd owner. It's a very clean + tight machine. Hated to part ways with it. Heads up to anyone looking for a good 200.
