2015 with 87k...it is newer to me, the trans was checked and serviced in one of the carfax records around 55k...nothing past that. checked and then checked out, so to speak. thoughts?

Hi All, Does anyone experience a downward hard shift as well? Mostly in traffic, at slower speeds, it drives me crazy! The transmission is just not always smooth, feels clunky. Thoughts? I am taking the car to a Lexus dealership tomorrow. What should I ask to be done?

Thanks, guys...So, after looking at the Hamilton product, am I correct in saying it uses the OEM head unit? More or less a software update? Do you still have the non-radio functions? like climate? Thanks again!
