Like raise the whole mount up for higher clearance? I have it where it's at because puts the fair lead housing at the bumper grill. Also at this height the winch without the control box fits without notching the center support, so you could wire it in from somewhere else to avoid cutting. But...

Im thinking about doing some mra59 687s on the back with the long travel perry parts bump stops, does anyone know if it would be necessary to do a bumpstop drop? what is the point of dropping the bump stop? is it to prevent shock damage, tire hitting fender or smth else? im on 33s

Which model dobinsons shocks did you end up going with on the rear?

I don't have any experience besides the IMS on the front of my truck, but I do wonder if having progressive front shocks and digressive rear shocks might feel a little weird if they are dramatically different.

I believe you should be able to run the IMS59-60687 IMS shocks to act as an extended length version. I haven't done this yet though, i'm in the same place as you with only the fronts done rn. IMS59-60687 Ext : 26.77 Comp : 16.57 Stroke : 10.2.
