I sourced my parts individually on Megazip, just replacing a couple of items plus seals & gaskets. Rebuild kits are way too pricey here and none of it is OEM.

I pulled the relay box apart, had fallen to pieces from rust but all the parts were in there, $3 at the local electronic store, a capacitor, 3 diodes and a couple of resistors and it worked. The relay box is not water proof at all so I'd start by having a look inside it.
