I agree.. they should have called it the Land Cruiser Prado instead of passing it off as a regular Land Cruiser. It makes the real Land Cruiser name look like a mid Grade product instead of the top end product Americans expect.

You can fill it up to the proper level and see what happens but your leak looks really bad. There are no easy fixes for these seals. They have to be replaced
