Welcome to Mud @anilfrancis1 ! Yep, for stock, stick a magnet up in the sunvisor and another above the headliner, works perfectly. Search is your friend, the floppy sunvisor is very common. There's a few threads on swapping with various Lexus models. I'm running a set from a 1994 (I think) Chrysler New Yorker that works great. Enjoy!
