@Rouleur always hiding gems in his garage...2G/2.5G Tundras are such great platforms. And inferno orange is still the undefeated king of Pro colors IMO.
MINTY ride (as expected), GLWS!
New setup looks excellent @amitbh234 ! Really nice work - did you figure out what was triggering the warning lights? Able to achieve alignment specs within factory recommendations on the 3rd clip height using new factory UCA's? Helping my neighbor tackle a full refresh on their earlier 200 and...
Running 3L arms on my 4" lift/37" tire setup...truck tracks incredibly well. Lived that white knuckle life for one long, grueling road trip back and forth to Sedona from Houston and cannot possibly express how much better life is with caster back in a happy place. 🫡
Interesting...never done any homework on using a 105 downpipe. This changes the angle a bit from the cats backwards? I'm running a '94 so have the side-by-side orientation, so far have avoided completely reworking the exhaust system.
Have a PN for reference? Gonna check out...thanks!
Need to give this a try...the lip is definitely the primary issue, thanks for the feedback. Slowly losing my mind (and avoiding removal due to the painful install process). Will try to bend the lip back a bit...on this week's to-do list.
SAME exact symptoms here...it's about the only rattle on...
Nice work! I especially like the addition of the UHDPE up against the latch stopper to avoid metal/metal contact...gonna have to incorporate this on mine when time allows. We frenched in some combo LED's and also modified the rearward cross-brace just slightly to catch the rear lip of the 24g...
Check on the TLC marketplace group on FB...a guy in Vegas posted a really clean set of 5 for $1600. Pricey, but they're pretty minty relative to the general options that pop up in the classifieds occasionally. Nice guy, was happy to send pics, vids, or any info - I was considering purchase but...
Thanks for the feedback! Started working the outer edge after posting this and was able to peel back enough of the panel to get access down into the quarter panel chasing some wiring for the bumper...was able to remove and reinstall without any damaged clips/pins!
The ole 31-year old plastic...
Any guidance on how to remove the interior trim panel for access into the interior quarter panel? Sorry if a bit off-topic - trying to run some wiring and would love to get behind that panel without destroying all of the mounting tabs...thanks!
I need to dive through the garage and evaluate condition of a few spares I keep around...might have a couple available. Drop me a PM and might be able to work out something.
