A "rebuilt title" means a vehicle that was once declared a total loss (and issued a salvage title) has been repaired and deemed roadworthy, passing a state inspection, and the title has been updated to reflect its rebuilt status At least that’s what the googles tells me….

I believe a 'clean' car title means that it was never declared a total loss by an insurance company.

+1 - they are quite washed out. Did you notice the pic with some joker (assuming the seller) hamming it up in the background?

I generally assume a modded Cruiser is going to go at stock market value + 25-30% of retail mod value. One of the things I find frustrating about Cruiser pricing is we generally only see asking prices and rarely know (outside of auctions) what the actual selling price was.
