Decided to try and free up and get rid of the squeaky original springs on my 73 FJ. Supported it up on the frame and pride open individual leaf one at a time. Then sprayed dry graphite. I'm 65 and squirming around under this made me feel my age..😂 Wait till tomorrow..😐 Got rid of the squeaks..👍...

Correct on the 73 metal pull handles with the 3 3/4" thread span. I've looked on here but sounds like I need to look harder... Thanks for the pointers everyone 😎

Hi everyone. Been trying to locate..if available... Inside door pull handles. The ones that mount directly in to the factory threaded holes of the door below the window. I can buy some generic handles from home Depot and modify but would prefer to stick with OEM... Thanks for any response.

I'm right behind ya.... 65 now and had a 74 back in the early/mid 80's ... Now have a 73 I bought last year. I just tell people I had a mid life crisis at 65...😂🤣😎 Once you've had one.... You always want one...😁
