I've researched and can't find a solid answer on this...
Have a 73 FJ 40 with a 2f engine.
PO had electric fuel pump mounted on side rail below fuel tank running Sniper EFI. Has a poly tank with the feed line coming from out the top making it not a gravity fed system. Has anyone had lasting success with this? I've already changed it once. Don't want to go through the hassle of putting an in the tank pump. Thinking of putting in a larger steel tank. Has anyone either tig welded a fitting or installed a feed fitting in the bottom of the tank with success? Appreciate any help or guidance if I missed it somewhere. Thanks.
