You mentioned in your first post these tires were very undersized - they look fairly correct to the naked eye and look a lot like my '06 LX with 18s and Defenders. What size are these?

I had my one year old Michelin Defender LTX M/S with 8k miles on them rotated and road force balanced, and...I think it helped some. It's hard to say what's in my head and what's real, but it seems like an improvement (still rocking my original rear driveshaft, mind you.) Time will tell.

That's what I'm learning toward too. Just unsure of where to start. My rear control arms are all original and would likely benefit from replacement, but after reading through your thread, I'm not convinced it would rectify my issue. Edit: Worth noting that my engine & trans mounts are new, diff...

Good to hear from you, fussychicken - and glad to hear I have someone else to help paddle the boat. I'm now on my third warrantied driveshaft from Bell and I'm thinking it might be something else at this juncture. It still doesn't make sense to me that my original driveshaft/original u-joints...

Shoutout to Bell Lexus for a warranty replacement. Fingers crossed the next one is balanced properly.

Tried the new OE driveshaft in a different orientation and no dice. Put my original that I suspect has worn u-joints and it's quieter and doesn't have that vibration at 75mph. HUH?! Could this new driveshaft be out of balance? Going to attempt to return/warranty it. Wish me luck.

Some good nuggets in here, thank you for the assistance. I wanted to update that I pulled the rear driveshaft (which is also brand new) and the noise I was hearing at 75mph is completely gone. I think the rest of what I'm hearing are some very perished 250k mile bushings in the rear arms, but...
