You don't need to pull the radiator to change headlights, but you do need to pull the headlights to do the radiator. As mentioned above, if you are replacing the radiator you should go ahead and do all the associated hoses, radiator hoses, PHH, FHH, rear heater bypass, thermostat and gaskets...
Don't have pictures now, I followed this thread when I was in baseline mode. There were no issues prior to bypassing the TB other than 25 year old rubber everywhere. There are no issues now other than the minimal coolant leak at the FHH plug, I can see pink rridue/crystals at the base of the...
I paid 400 for mine in NE Florida, I was going to tint the windshield but it started to bubble when they out the heat gun on it to fit the tint. They did a really good job but said they they would def charge more in the future. The boss said the ceramic is most important on the windshield...

96 FZJ80, 240k ish miles. Baseline now. The wires look/feel original. IMO it ran pretty well before the new plugs, installing now and will update later. Replacing plugs, wires, rotor, cap, and intake tube.

Changed out the fan clutch oil to 10k, the fan definitely roars at start up. It made me nervous at first, I could definitely feel air being pulled through the radiator, the AC is colder too! Last on my baseline list is plugs, wires, rotor, and intake tube.
