Do you remember where you sourced the OEM calipers from? when i did my research originally it was multiples more expensive than NAPA.

Did they fail and you had to replace them or just preference?

I just ordered the calipers from NAPA and they are the adaptive calipers (coated). Has anyone had any bad experiences with this brand that I should be concerned?

The second pic shows it on the 200mA scale and still shows zero though.

No, did not engage alarm system. I am seeing some people elsewhere say there could be something wrong with grounds but i checked the main ones and they appear fine. Would a bad ground draw on the battery without showing a parasitic draw?
