Just wanted to say thanks again to Red Beard. Used this thread today. Was able to install the BT45-TOY in about 30 minutes. Really quite straight forward and really happy with the quality.

Bought a set like this from eBay. If I had to do it again I think I would have gotten a glass set, and put paint protection film on them to help prevent rock chips...

One other nice option Tom gave me was the ability to use all four projectors for both low and high beams. The projectors have a sharp low beam cut off so I've verified I'm not blinding anyone but they cast a ton of light.

Talking to Tom, they do more LED setups these days than Xeon. I didn't give it a ton of additional thought. Important to note that the projectors he installed have integrated LED light sources, so they are not a H1 bulb.

They received the headlights from me on April 13th, and the completed lights arrived my house on the 26th, so under two weeks.

$1050 I bought a set of lights from eBay and had them shipped directly to Tom. He then shipped the completed lights to me.

Hey all, I'm trying to replace my headlights, and in process of removing trim between the low and high beams, the pink plastic "socket" that the clip snaps into disintegrated. Does anyone know the part number or what I should ask for if I go to the dealer? Or if they are available online...

When you say clocked/rotated, what do you mean? I used new 2023 bulbs, stuck them in the socket, aligned with the opening fitment pattern. Is there something else I need to do?

I'd love to know how you got such good results with the Hikari's. I tried them in my stock headlights and had horribly scattered beam patterns. Any tricks?
