*smile* To bring in a foreign car that is newer than 30+ years, and never been sold in Sweden before, is almost impossible. This is because of all verifications and paper work regarding emissions and collision/safety. If the car has been sold on the market here, then easier. Unfortunately...

Not sure my post end up in the correct thread here, but... :) Mine (as all of these in Europe) has the 2.8 diesel. Bit boring, but works... Thx - yes, nature is great in Sweden. Very similar to Canada, or parts of Alaska, I think. Allowed to drive anywhere, as long as there are roads...

Not sure if you meant mine? My Swedish Toyota only comes in one version, as of 2016 year and forward. It's the 2.8 Turbo Diesel. Works fine, but it's NOT a GX460 engine... :-/

Did a trip with a few friends in the Swedish forest last weekend. Always great to get out! This is what the car looks like today. Nextm in May, I will put the Kaymar rear bumper on. Sliders and lights later in the year. Just have to get rid of the shipping issues that makes stuff delivered...

AFN is a Portugese (in Southern Europe) brand. I think they made parts for the military. Bumper will most likely not fit your GX460 due to the precise fitting around headlights. Quality on these are good, but not up to "Kaymar" level. I had one fitting issue on mine due to a weld not being...

Just upgraded the front of my LC 150 last week. Soon a rear Kaymar bumper to make it more complete, as well as some proper rock sliders soon.

Couldn't resist posting some photos from last weekend, sharing what a lovely time we had in the Swedish forest :-D There were 30 cars, different brands/models, and great weather. Enjoy! :bounce:

My last spring... got stuck as I picked a bad line, and still had the original tires... Not next time though...!! :-D

...and so we did it :-) Wheels on the car! I will add som more pics here, if I get a separare garage thread started. Yesterday I went to a garage and had the tires fitted. Now the complete wheels are on! Happy for that! There was immediately rubbing when I reversed out of the garage and...

Now I finally got time and help to get more stuff on the car... :-D Rival plates are on, and they were a bit hassle to get bolted on due to many other things already mounted (factory mounted stuff, cables, clips, break lines, KDSS etc etc). But in the end - here they are now! :-)
