Has anyone installed 2018+ windshield part number 56101-6A957 on their 2016 LC? All of the parts places have the original part number (56101-60978) as being discontinued with no substitute. I really don't want to go aftermarket.

Do you all think it would be safe for me to tow a brand new empty 25' Airstream without a WD hitch of any kind from the dealer to the storage facility (10ish mi)? I want to install one myself.

I've actually pondered this same question. The best commercial solution I've seen is a Front Runner rack with extra slats added to make a solid deck on the roof. Of course, you can also bolt a piece of plywood to most any roof rack for the same effect. :)
