Ok I guess my dream is to put spider gears from a 100 series 9.5” arb into my 80 series 9.5” arb and run 32 spline shafts from branik 🤷🏻‍♂️

Idk who’s dream axle has an 8” in it but ya know… here we are. Im sure they exist though. Is it worth it to do it? Idk probably not, but swapping out spider gears and throwing in bigger shafts is fun I guess. The jk Dana 44 35 spline spider gears for an arb also fit in a 9.5” ARB….

If I’m remembering right, you can shove 32 spline spider gears from a 100 series arb into an 80 arb and run 32 spline shafts or something of the sort. Nitro kinda makes a kit but is missing the spider gears...

That’s a lot of work for 30 spline shafts. Why not do a 609 at that point?

I ran Pritchett with a dude last year and he said when he started running the trail, chewey hill was a dirt road. Pretty nuts

Update: I added a resonator to the exhaust and started working on the front brake lines. The sunsong lines from rock auto don’t fit the 80 calipers which is kinda annoying. I did drive the 80 on the interstate on the way back from Costco which is kinda cool. It’s felt pretty good, I think I’m...

Got the frame plated today, the welds are pretty ugly but I’m past caring at this point😑 And I found another buckle in the frame that I’m probably not going to worry about

Wheeling in Utah is never a bad time! The low range gears are definitely worth it, I’ve never been mad about having them. I appreciate the kind words, I’ve built the truck while being back in college off and on! It’s been a lot of fun/work/missery, I’m glad that people are enjoying watching me...
