The LX pockets seem like such a better design, anyone know if the entire back panel of the seats are compatible? If so, I now am wondering if the color of the panels will match (mine are grey).
Thank you - It's right below the top corner of the windshield and I was parked in a way that was channeling most of the rain to that corner. I might just squeeze a little silicone into that corner, there is a tiny gap. I will pop off the front rack cover and check there as well though. And I'll...
I haven't blown the drains out just yet, this is where the leak is originating. I'm afraid it is the windshield, any suggestions or successful repairs appreciated.
Create a cargurus alert for dealer only, trucks that are sold at Lexus or Toyota dealers should be trade. Only target same brand dealers as they have a reputation to keel unlike the used lots.
Not to me, maybe ~8 and ~9. Keep searching, you will eventually find a non-rust southern truck with impeccable service records that come in on a trade. I think those trucks are the best bargains because dealers have the most wiggle room and folks who trade in might be more inclined to service at...
Something to be said for not over complicating it. I imagine being as thick as this is it goes on evenly. Uneven coverage is why I wanted to stay away from rattle can.
I called about this truck and it's getting a new engine. They're asking 10,9. That's high but could be a great long time ownership if everything else checks out.
Land Cruiser: 2004, 220k, 1 owner, full dealer service records, Arkansas with zero rust, TB/WP completed 5k prior to purchase.
Originally listed for $10700, negotiated down to $7500 because of: dead spot on fold down DVD player, bad hood struts, missing roof rack component (plastic cover)...
I want to paint my new sliders (metal tech) in lieu of PC because of cost and the ability to retouch.
There are a few posts recommending this paint for sliders, has anyone used it? Has anyone specifically used the quart vs. aerosol? Should I thin the paint with urethane if I'm going to use a...
The cowl makes sense, maybe there is a discreet way through the quarter panel. Expensive because of electronics risks? There are lots of great trails close by (central AR) that cross creeks that swell quickly and require a 3-4 foot intake.
Happy holidays everyone,
Does such a thing as an elevated air intake that is not a snorkel, say at the rear of the hood, exist? Said set-up has potential to cover most water crossings while maintaining a stock-like look. It wouldn't raise above the line of the hood, if not more than a half inch...
Thanks guys, they won't budge below 12k though. Lexus service history isn't the best but there is something there.
There is a local southern truck, KDSS, Non-Nav, 07 with pristine dealer records, 145k, for 9800. Going to drive it tonight.
