Looks a little high on the A pillar to be the windshield, although it very well could be, tough to tell from picture. Could very well be the sunroof drains as well. There are a few different possible causes: windshield, sunroof drains or roof rack feet. Check all your weather stripping and garnish around windshield (especially where the windshield ties in with the roof) and along roof channels. I would also check your roof rack mounting feet. Pretty easy to pop off covers and remove the rack then check bolts. I would remove bolts and examine holes for water/rust. Clean them up let them dry then squirt some silicone in the hole and around the bolt threads and reinstall and also put some silicone around the head of the bolt before replacing cover. Mine had a leak that was caused from a poor windshield install (the infamous "screws instead of rivets and screws missing") but it leaked into the drivers side floor from the lower A pillar. Hope you figure it outI haven't blown the drains out just yet, this is where the leak is originating. I'm afraid it is the windshield, any suggestions or successful repairs appreciated.

Thank you - It's right below the top corner of the windshield and I was parked in a way that was channeling most of the rain to that corner. I might just squeeze a little silicone into that corner, there is a tiny gap. I will pop off the front rack cover and check there as well though. And I'll look up a how to to clear the sunroof drains.Looks a little high on the A pillar to be the windshield, although it very well could be, tough to tell from picture.
