You "should" not have a problem. Nothing to flag this transaction other than a normal title xfer between owners. What others are saying about having it registered in another state prior is the way to get it through. Depending on what DMV nazi you get stuck with though. I have titled that way...

Best chance is transfer title from another state. Swapped diesel seems even more sketchy than titling a factory diesel though imo

I understand that but just more things I'd have to source, master cylinder and plumbing to the new pedal box and chopping up the floor to fit. Just more I didn't want to do for not any other gains over a bare 60 chassis (which I like the front ends of more anyway) Yes I realize headlights etc...
