SOLD Spring Hill TN, 80 series wheels and Toyo at3 295/75r16. Set of 5

I'll probably be driving through there taking a 80 series TLC from Colorado to TN in March or April. If you still have them I could be interested then. How old are the tires themselves.

    What fell off my rig?

Thanks, I had a muffler shop work on an exhaust leak several years ago and I think they went with non-original replacement and that is when my check engine light started coming on. It looks like I only have one catalytic converter now and it has shields. I'll have to dig deeper to see what is...

    What fell off my rig?

97 LX450, So it has been making a metallic rattle for a while but decided to break free while I was exiting the Denver Airport paying my parking fees. On the driver's side, looks like some sort of shield. I still have another similar rattle, maybe the other side of it? Got a chance to take a...

    SOLD Middle TN -Fzj80 wheels

There are better/cheaper shipping options like greyhound that are not too far away. I think eastern MT has a spot but can't currently recall the town and I'll look into this weekend

    SOLD Middle TN -Fzj80 wheels

Where are you located? I'm from east TN but am currently working in ND. I would love those for a 97 TLC I have here in ND that have some non standard wheels which don't make turns particularly well. I do have an lx 450 in SLC utah with factory wheels I prefer much better. Not sure where I'm...

Front Axle Rebuild - For FAQ

Wow, thanks, I had those left over when I did mine 3 or 4 years ago and never spent the time to figure out why they were left over. I agree the cleaning is time consuming if doing everything by hand. I think I heard/read that having an automated parts cleaner was a real time saver. Maybe if...

Replacing rubber hose power steering cooling lines?

Is it necessary to remove the hard/metal lines (and soft lines) before trying to remove or replace the soft rubber lines? I've got the hose on order, should I be removing the hard lines in anticipation of the replacement to save time? Or are the hard lines stiff enough to leave in place...

best source / pricing for OEM F/R driveshafts these days ?

My local dealer wanted retail also about $509 for me to drive an hour and a half to come pick it up. I found Sparks toyota out of Myrtle beach SC on here while searching and they were quite a bit cheaper even after shipping half way across the country was about $100 cheaper.

transmission case bent/cracked thoughts? Also cooler return line fitting

Thanks for that option. What I've found online is rather expensive. I'll be in touch if things lean that way.

transmission case bent/cracked thoughts? Also cooler return line fitting

Thanks for the link on the tapping tool. I have no experience with anything like that. I'll have to do some youtube video research. Can one find out the bolt size and thread pitch from the FSM? My torque wrench is in ft/lbs but I converted to that from in/lbs before using.

transmission case bent/cracked thoughts? Also cooler return line fitting

I appreciate all the ideas so far. I'm hoping to not need to replace the transmission as I'm not sure it is cost effective. If that is needed then I just found my parts vehicle minus a tranny. So I'm going to shoot for the short term solution and try to get it back on the road. It doesn't...

transmission case bent/cracked thoughts? Also cooler return line fitting

Thanks for the advice. Any further advice on the JB-weld and tapping for a newby. Should I fill the entire bolt hole with JB weld and what type of tap to use. Would I need a drill for the tapping tool?
