IDk if this helps, but with my auto in 3rd gear at 50 on 37s, I think I'm at about 700-800F EGT. If I stay in 4th, I'll get my EGTs up to 1100. I've never gone over that since my rebuild on steep hill climbs

Been chasing a steering problem on this truck for a while and finally getting somewhere, so linking the thread here for anyone following along. Truck wouldn't track straight. Followed every crown and groove, wouldn't come back to center on its own. I rebuilt the box, rebuilt the knuckles...

Yeah, plan on messing with toe today. No slop in the steering at all. Rag is good. Wheel bearings are good; both axles were recently rebuilt. I have 4" springs, so I'm not sure; just going off Dobinsons' info. I ended up freeing up the power steering feel by adjusting my solenoid, so I don't...
