This was mine before relocating the batteries. 3100lbs with full propane tanks but otherwise dry. I was about 390lbs after the switch to a Battleborn 100AH under one of the dinette benches and right next to the inverter. Single axle tongues tend to be heavier than the 1/10 rule.

I strictly use the WDH for long highway travel. 20 miles between campsites, I'll run without. My Firestones have been great for those kinds of travel legs.

We use both...but each has their application. Where it is the only fastener, castle nut and cotter pin is pretty standard.

Instructions state you should reuse your castle nut if you have a different thread pitch than factory. You've got Ironman UCA's on yours, right? You're probably safe. 😉
