I saw it this morning just before 8, getting loaded onto a tow truck. Having a green BJ40, I normally notice them around town. I don't think it was local (or not being driven much). It was a lime green with (as Steve said) a black tub. I think it didn't have ambulance doors, just the kind...

Sounds like there may be some blow-by - hence pressurizing the sump - and blowing oil out the vent pipe ? Just my initial thoughts ...
