I've done several aftermarket headliners. I much prefer OEM, worth the extra expense in my opinion.

Unless the PO did something weird there is nothing that holds them together. Maybe they're just stuck from being painted and slapped together.

@zerotreedelta I've never considered the fuel regulator/bypass on the Sniper body. Yes it sounds like a valve chattering sound for sure. Unfortunately it only does that when driving so I can't just stick my head underneath the hood to diagnose. Thanks for the tip, it gives me another clue to...

Can anyone help me pinpoint this sound? It's definitely not mechanical as it doesn't make any noise when the vehicle is off and the throttle is operated. I believe it has more to do with vacuum, it's more pronounced under a load, when going up the hill etc. The fuel lines are all SS bent by me...
