It looks like the 1991 was a transition year of some sort -- some of the websites show the pigtail (harness) p/n as correct and some show it as 1992 and later. To further complicate things, a lot of times it shows up as being right side or left side. Aren't they actually the same part? This...

Checked. Bulb sockets and wiring look good. Also removed all trailer harness wiring and the U-Haul connector from previous owner. Noticed a pretty good arc at the fuse block on the most recent test as the fuse blew. Do the fuse panels ever have problems? Any recommendations or cautions for...

Same problem here -- 1991 FJ80, will not shift out of park without override, brake fuse blows instantly upon application of brake pedal. Bulbs were blown, have been replaced. Brake controller disconnected, no visible problems with trailer wiring. What's the next place to look?

Is there a preferred coolant for the 3FE engine? 1991 FJ80, all I know is what's in there now is green and only good to -7F according to the hygrometer. It's clean, I'm thinking if nothing special is necessary for coolant I will drain some out of the radiator, add propylene glycol concentrate...

That was it. New one-way vacuum valve on the vacuum booster and the brakes work great.
