155k miles. When it first started it would go away. Now it does not.

My 04 has started whining and I’m not certain where it’s coming from. The whining increases with acceleration. It sounds like it might be coming from the timing belt or the fan. The timing belt was changed about 20k miles ago. Can anyone help me diagnose?

Great looking hat but it looks to be a high profile hat while the Richardson is a mid profile.
