TBH I have no idea. I know it needs the steering rack serviced but besides that, I can only blame the less than desirable color. If you’re local, you’re more than welcome to come check it out. Or we can FaceTime or video chat in real time.

The rack itself (last time I priced it out) from Toyota is about $500, and I was planning to replace it myself. I'm not sure what the costs are if you were to have someone else do it, but there's a fair amount of labor involved per usual.
