I think I watched in the video that it’s recommended to do a zero calibration once the height has been set correctly. Its mentioned in the video and I have no idea if it matters but I did it. 🤷🏻♂️.
Yes, not difficult with the right setup. I use a floor jack and a 1”x12”x36” piece of wood balanced on the jack with the slider balanced on that wood. Then I can jack it up into perfect position to bolt up.
I just finished up with TS last night. I’ve been fiddling with it for a few days, since trying to back out of a sensor lift. I followed a video (dubbed in English) and it was pretty easy. I think a lot of folks skip the zero calibration step. 🤷🏻♂️. Vehicle rides great. New globes and...
Definitely changes the scrub radius which will be harder on the wheel bearings but in the scheme of things it probably doesn’t matter a lot. I did remove my spacers but they were 1.25”.
Thanks for pointing out this new tool. Do you have a vehicle with AHC? I’d like to see what this can actually do for AHC settings compared to TS. I’m not seeing that use case in the video but maybe I skipped through it too quickly.
I haven't run the covers in years but you've got me curious so I'm going to install and see if there's a difference. It's a constant 100F here in the summer and my coolant temps are a constant 196F - 198F (sometimes 200F if I'm doing 90+mph).
