    Good morning! Just out of curiosity after noticing that MFD on the VIN plate is SEP 1987 and not being able to do much more than decode the VIN online... Does anyone know the first production month of the 1988 FJ62 (for North America)? What the 1st VIN # could have been? Again, my production...

    1. 1988 FJ62 2. John S. 3. 185K on Odometer (Valve cover had "91 Land Cruiser written on it) (haven't checked the #'s) 4. Mods: Lots of hoses and fluids and anything I could clean or adjust 5. Will soon be my daily if I can keep it together (suspect a crack in the t-case housing)
