    Trail'd Spare Gas Cans

Definitely clean out the inside first REALLY well. There are plastic shavings on the inside when you first get them and even after that first go there was a bit of a color to the water on the first use. I should have cleaned them out better. I used one for gas and one for water the first 2...

    Trail'd Spare Gas Cans

They are working good. I've kept them empty when not in use underneath and still working. I've used them for gas 4 times now (only needed the extra fuel twice) No leaks. It's a bit awkward to fill the tank with the small nozzle and the short scepter filler. Definitely spilled some gas, but...

GX460 spare tire carrier options - bumper, hitch, swingout, etc?

I bit the bullet and got the JW installed. I will let you know if there are any issues. I had the same concerns as everyone else, but have come to terms with it knowing they have sold a lot of them and I don't see any issues popping up and it's been out for quite a while now. In addition I...

What Molle panel is that on the back, and side bags on the tire? Other then the molle panel, does the rear window still open with the 35's and JW tire carrier?

3rd Row Delete And Rear Drawer Build

Got the baseplate and drawers back in. I pulled it out so I could finish it up. I had already Killmat'd the entire rear portion. This weekend I put 3M thinsulate under the plate and bed lined the plate. Not thrilled with my rattle can bed liner skills but it came out nice. I also put...

3rd Row Delete And Rear Drawer Build

Yeah. Cut it out of the same sheet. There ended up being quite a bit more post laser adjustment then I was hoping for. Some band saw and grinding. I never went back and modified my file so that was left as a little work in progress. Mostly along the front of the rack and the gap at the...

3rd Row Delete And Rear Drawer Build

I have access to a 3d scanner at work so the initial layout was based on the scan. From there I printed out the pattern on large sheets of paper to make adjustments and made notes. Final template was two rounds with light gauge sheet metal to make sure the bolts aligned with factory holes...

3rd Row Delete And Rear Drawer Build

Ya, Probably overkill, but it allowed me to keep everything thin to maximize space and I had some other projects I used the sheet for. I also fab'd a roof rack based on the uptop overland rack. I still have about a 4'x4' piece left

3rd Row Delete And Rear Drawer Build

There was still a little final grinding and I countersunk all the holes. I've attached the DXF that was used to cut.

3rd Row Delete And Rear Drawer Build

Here are some photos starting with the base plate. The brasse parts are the rivnuts to hold down the drawer box. I wrapped the electrical going under the base plate with plastic wire wrap so there wouldn't be any where through the wires.
