I’m pretty sure the new alternator just isn’t working at this point. It came with an adapter cable for the connector so I’m wondering if there’s an issue with that.
Sadly I got stuck when running an errand last night, so I’m going to have it towed to a local Toyota specialist in town.

I just insulated the inside of my doors and rear quarter-panels with a product a friend recommended to me from amazon () - I used one box, it went super well, was really easy to cut to the right size and its a bunch quieter already.
I have this exact issue on my '92 3FE. Mechanic thinks its the MAF, but I replaced it and continues to happen. Also have done several sensor/ECU/plugs etc. I was going to try the FPR, but I just noticed that this is for a '97. Do you think the same resolution may apply?
