Are the metal brake lines in a metric size or standard ?

Pretty sure they're metric. Take a look through this thread. https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/question-about-brake-line-fittings-cutting-and-flaring.779567/

    Intro Thread / Hoping I didn't buy a 30K lemon...

Regarding the flapper that controls the blend door, I would check the blend door module to see if it's unplugged. It's kind of directly below the ignition cylinder. When I removed my dash I forgot to plug that in and had the same issue. The black module when looking up from below.

What Did You Do with Your 80 This Weekend?

Did you do any forming with a heat gun or trimming? Looks like a lot better fitment than the weather tech mats in my 96, especially on drivers side around the dead pedal area

I've got a zeon 12. I used steel spacers for the feet and then bent up some sheet metal for a shelf for the controller and to help keep the wires routed.

    54mm in the high country?

Lots and lots of paper towels! Also just keep track of all the bolts you take off and take your time. I rushed and ended up mixing up the cap bolts on top of the knuckle and the caliper bolts and ended up stripping out the holes on the knuckle. Take your time and stay organized and it will be fine.

Free oem (I think) condenser for an 80 if anyone wants it. I don't believe it had any leaks, just decided to replace it as I had everything out when replacing the radiator.
