    Cheap brake calipers.

Here is an image of the piston cylinders. Is this pitting acceptable?

    Cheap brake calipers.

Think this a good place to ask - What about the early 1992 3FE FJ80 calipers? Saw a screenshot of @OGBeno saying 4775060030 is long gone/discontinued - Driverside LH Caliper. What are people buying these days? My brake caliper internals where the pistons live are slightly pitted - anyone...

    3FE Coolant Leak

Good Evening @arcteryx . Checked out the website and saw your note regarding the FJ80 compatibility. I dont mind replacing my hoses. Do we know which ones I would have to use instead? Generic Gates one? How about the attachment points. Do we know if they marry well on a FJ80? Realizing the 3fe...

    3FE Coolant Leak

I was thinking about that as well. Maybe I try to fabricate a replica of that pipe if one doesnt pop up. When those hard metal pipes start rusting out, there is no going back - gotta swap them out. They get all gunked up and corroded inside.

    3FE Coolant Leak

Here is a better picture. This is the pipe I need.

    3FE Coolant Leak

Find the picture above a tad deceiving. The piping lies next to the valve cover but on the passenger side of the vehicle. Only hard piping coming from water pump/thermostat housing into the heater core and heater core valve. Lemme grab a better picture.

    3FE Coolant Leak

It is this one here in yellow. The leak is small...but a leak is a leak. Struggling to get the vehicle to stop overheating. That pipe will be a step in the right direction, if I every manage to find one. =)

    3FE Coolant Leak

Good afternoon. Question - My metal pipe on a 1992 3FE FJ80 is mega corroded and leaking coolant. Any idea where we can get one? Cant even find a proper part number for that hard line pipe! Any help will be appreciated.

    FJ60 Dash restore

Good morning @NCFJ. Going to try and tackle my cracked dash.... What exact products did you use? I see a body filler then some sort of glass epoxy looking coat over it. What product creates that glass look after sanding? Also looks like you put a fiberflass mesh under the glass material? Is...

    Rubber grommets in door wiring?

Thanks! Ended up adapting part# 90950-01882 by drilling a hole with a step bit to match the diameter of the accordion style 6" flexible tubbing you suggested. Was unable to find a perfect match in McMaster for the inside diameter of the 6" flex. I should post a pic of the adaptation tomorrow...
