@ToyotaMatt, the hole is 30mm diameter. Do you have any grommets that would work? Anything that might be an OEM step up from the electrical tape job that came on the truck?

do u require a hole for wire

or

solid type ?

You asked for OEM 30mm grommet

You shall have

It’s factory ore sliced and has a 3/16 hole in middle for harness

I've actually still got my factory grommets which are pretty similar. I think I'll either stick with the current electrical tape job or go with @NCFJ fix if I want to continue delaying having a put together 60.

@NCFJ I know it's been asked before, but figured I'd ask again to hopefully avoid waiting through two separate shipping periods... Do you know the part number for the grommets you use? They from mcmaster?

I use this in conjunction with a standard grommet. Works well.

I was able to get my hands on this 6" boot on ebay like you suggested - absolute AWESOME! BUT I am having difficulty finding a standard grommet that will fit the doors and and has a 0.56-0.70 inch hole. Any suggestions? If you had to look for those grommets again, where would you look? The holes on our FJ60 doors are about 1.19 inch or 30mm.

I forget where I got them, but i just started looking for grommets with the inner and outer dimensions I wanted.

Have someone found these sold separately? Door wiring loom is NLA. Mounting hole 30mm and total width of this grommet is 40mm.

I used something similar when replacing the aged grommets. Worked out well.

Thanks! Ended up adapting part# 90950-01882 by drilling a hole with a step bit to match the diameter of the accordion style 6" flexible tubbing you suggested. Was unable to find a perfect match in McMaster for the inside diameter of the 6" flex. I should post a pic of the adaptation tomorrow! 90950-01882 fits the hole well and are readily available from most Toyota parts stores (not the best option, but seals the openings well).

Those look like a good option. Still have the issue of having to redo the loom in the entire door and pull leads from connectors. Really only a daunting task for the driver's door, but still, yeek.
@ToyotaMatt I can measure that today.

Pretty slick for those looking to retain a factory method of running the wires. In my case I have too many running into my doors now so I went with the parts that @NCFJ referenced early in the thread when I (finally) got around to cleaning up the wiring in my front doors last year. They've held up great so far and honestly I much prefer having the wiring fully encased and protected.
