My daughters 06 Matrix has an immobilizer issue also very random. I found a thing on the Internet to disable the immobilizer temporarily. It’s something like putting the key in the passenger’s door and turning it one way then the other, and it disables it. It’s a pain in the ass.

@Pulgasari there is a tech day coming up at OTRAM. I have never changed a UZ starter (yet). It will be close to finish at a tech day. But I imagine it’s possible.

If you have a key you may be able to program it yourself. The older Taco’s could. Not sure about your gen. I’ve used Tim’s key. You can rent one of there programmers it’s a refundable $300 I think.

Just found out Glue Tread will replace glue after 2 years if it gets hard. That’s a good company standing behind there product.

Carry a Glue Tread patch. It will get you more than off the trail. FYI the glue does go bad so you will have to swap it out every so often.

My sniper sucked oil through the PVC off the oil fill tube. I moved to the rear fJ60 side cover and it stoped.

I have the premium tear plan OnX I jumped on there Christmas special. I have used both and I like OnX for offRoad. Gaia is good for hiking. OnX is going to a colored trail rating system.
