New Business:
· 2026 Fall Crawl discussion
: We will incorporate a 55-series on this year's t-shirt design.
· Registration schedule.
· Event flyer and t-shirt design.
Redesign using a FC photo; keep QR codes. Done (5/11).
· Friday night social hour? Let’s talk about beer and whiskey.
We will purchase (1 for 1) as many kegs that Sinistral donates to FC (Friday and Saturday drinking, Chris B. will coordinate), Jake will conceive a game (cornhole or something), Tractor Supply has an ice machine in town.
· Vendor/sponsor prize solicitation. Vendor outreach status update? TLCA prize grant of $400. Add a Midland overlander radio setup ($300 on
Amazon) to the prizes?
Contact Yank ‘Em Ropes, what about a Milwaukee impact?
· Proposal to buy a
new PA for the raffle.
Approved for $300 or so.
· The Cove “
map the trails” initiative on 5/9. This event will be held 5/8–5/10, with wheeling on 5/9. Did anyone do Cove coordination?
Will be rescheduled in July.
Old Business:
· Make a
shareable/password-protected folder with the FC materials, resources, and files. Danny, any updates?
No Danny at meeting.
· Use a
Google drive (or equivalent) to link photos/videos to the CLCC webpage. We need access to the website

· We discussed
obtaining: a premium medical kit (Erich has the lead), easy-up canopy.
Erich will procure and be reimbursed.
· We need to set up the
501c7 status. Updates?
Andrew will contact John S. for info.
· Red Cross first aid and CPR classes.
Erich is not able to do the classes; we still have the POC thru Chris B. for a class up to 10 pax, —but cost prohibitive.
· Upcoming Events and Activities:
· 2026 CLCC Crab Fest. Will happen on 6/27. When do we need RSVPs by?
6/17.
· Annual trip to Good Evening Ranch? 8/14–8/16. Crabcakes has taken the lead on coordinating lodging with GER staff. Two cabins reserved already, nine names have committed. Follow the Mud thread for updates.
Lee Kilm made the cabin reservations.
· TLCA events: April 15-19: Cruise Moab—comments from attendees? CM was great! $360 event registration, awesome raffle prizes, maybe we go on a weekend that is not the event and have our own best time. June 11-13: Great Smoky Mountain Trail Ride, June 24-28: Rubithon, September 17-20: 70 Series Meet & Greet. Relic Run (April, North Carolina): social camping and wheeling, the trails aren’t very challenging, very crowded trails due to the park being open (Jeeps), the red FJCruiser guy is person non grata (destroyed personal property and fled the scene.
Other potential events: Trip to Pott’s Mountain (TBD), Tech Day at OTRAMM (TBD—
sometime in July is best).
Other notable topics:
· Chris B. has a guy with a parts 60 if anyone is interested in sharing cost with him.
· Matt C. knows a guy with an 80 series fuel tank.
· We will increase our media presence, similar to what ONSC has done with sponsor recognition.
· Ahmad has the contact info for the guy that won FC entry from Relic Run.
· Matzell has some cool prize ideas, FC cups.
· Free registration for FC sponsors.
