I have something similar. It is a cloth from Japan represented as a Boro Cloth, but it is not a patchwork. I was also interested by the pattern that appears on both sides of the cloth. It measures 42x44.

good question. I found the original receipt from Aqualu dated 5/06 and it states "4006 1979+ newer body" $2,427 I don't know the PO, so don't have a back story on the doors.

The PO for my 82 did the same swap with an Aqualu tub, but unfortunately used an earlier model year and was forced to switch the ambulance doors as well, because the lower corners were square and not rounded like the stock 82 doors. My only advice would be to make sure the manufacturer you use...
