Thanks, I fixed it. I had a water damaged connector in the right hand kick panel that was causing an electric window issue. I have it another good clean up and the audio works again.

After much frustration, it looks to have been linked to our recent water damage issue from a leaking windscreen. The lower plug in the right hand kick panel had corrosion which had caused a separate power window issue which was resolved. I pulled it apart again and gave it a clean up I have...

So you just unplugged the main connector from the rear of the DVD player unit in the dash?

I’m having the same issue. Last time it did it I removed the AMP fuse and replaced and it fixed it. This time I’m not so lucky! Where abouts did you disconnect the rear DVD? Did you just pull the plug at the back of the DVD/hard drive unit in the front?
