They rest against the housing and conform as tight as possible. So it's as much as the material they're made of, about 1/4".

As of now, no. It's tight in there and I don't have a rig to test fit. But from the pictures I have seen it would be difficult.

The front does work with the factory locker. Unfortunately the rear does not

Couple updates, made some revisions. Added armor pieces to protect the third member on both front and rear diffs. Also switched to bolts so no threads hanging down to get beat up. Have to finalize some things but I'll have it on the website soon.
