Thank you gentlemen! Through my testing I realized that my ebrake doesn't work at all (when fully engaged, light comes on, but zero resistance at the wheel...) so at least now I know for sure what's up. Anyone have experience with this kit from cruiserparts.net?

@Mike NXP thank you for this, I discovered that my rattle is greatly reduced when barely enaging the e-brake. Now the question is why? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/diagnose which e-brake component is causing the rattle?

It's worth mentioning that my original post was wrong, manifold not cracked. It turned out that the rear exhaust o2 sensor was gone, and there was just an open hole in my pipe. Cheapest, easiest fix ever!

No... had to install an entirely new power steering rack instead :/

Did you purchase a new set of studs? I'm pretty sure I won't want to reuse the hardware. Any recommendation on that would be helpful!

Anyone in the Madison area interested in helping a guy install some DT headers? My manifold is cracked and making my '04 100 sound like a monster truck :) Figure I'd rather go the DT + DIY route rather than pay my mechanic $1500 to replace with stock manifolds.

I've been using Capitol Tire and Service for 8 years, they are great. They haven't worked on my '04 LC yet, but I'm planning to have them do my exhaust headers here soon. Highly recommend based on quality of service and honesty. Haven't used Westside but their reviews are great!

Woah... that's pretty much the EXACT same issue I'm having. My bumper cover is currently hanging on via zip ties.
