Thanks, I already have a set of LC torsion bars on hand so zero dollars (ex labor cost) either way. Would reindexing or swapping to LC bars result in a better ride? Is there an argument that AHC bars with higher tension would result in a less optimal ride than beefier LC bars with lower tension?

Sandstorm from the FJ trail teams could work, especially with the black bits you are adding. Lighter than quicksand and would work with your interior. If you had gray interior I would do cement gray or lunar rock.

Thanks, I managed to get the bottom passenger sleeve out. For the top sleeve, I'm trying to work it out from underneath inside the bushing bracket. I'm noticing that the sleeve crumples in the area of impact when I use the air chisel rather than pushing the entire sleeve upward (see pic)...
